Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Senior Living to own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on closing strategically important groups.

You will engage senior living operators and home care networks across US/Canada, manage 3–12 month cycles, and expand to additional locations and services as groups sign.

Formación

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close over 3–12 months.
• Engage owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders.
• Expand to more locations and services after signing a group.
