Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving senior living operators and home care agencies with websites, SEO and paid media. As Vice President of Sales for Senior Living, you own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contracts.

No direct reports; this is an individual contributor seat focused on strategic, multi-location senior living accounts. The role targets large, multi-location deals where one signed agreement covers multiple communities.

Qualifications

• Proven record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand to more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on proposals for key deals.
