Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a VP of Sales for Senior Living to own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on strategic accounts across USA/Canada.

You will manage the full cycle on multi-location senior living groups, closing high-value deals and expanding to additional locations and services as groups sign on.

Qualifications

• Close $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full deal cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Negotiate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at multiple locations.
• Expand: sign more locations and services within a group after initial win.
