Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Senior Living. This is an individual contributor role focused on closing high-value, multi-location deals in senior living and home care. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle from introduction to signed contract, with inbound and SDR meetings feeding the pipeline.

• Experience closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Preference for closing over managing people.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Sell to owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at multi-location groups.
• Expand: add locations and services after sign-off.
