Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Senior Living to own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will close multi-location groups, spanning owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, with a focus on expanding locations and services after a win.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

Responsabilités

• Own full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand: more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for key deals.
