Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Business Development for Senior Living to own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. One win covers many locations, so each deal is large and multi-stakeholder.

You will handle the full sales cycle with ownership, regional operators and marketing leaders, expanding to more locations and services after signing. This role is remote (USA or Canada) with a focus on strategic accounts.

Formación

• Record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into senior living groups or marketing/agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers; not suited for high-volume, single-location or transactional sales.

Responsabilidades

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
