Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Sales for Senior Living to own our largest multi-location deals from initial meeting through signed contracts. You will target senior living operators and home care groups, closing large multi-site agreements with ownership and marketing leadership involved.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, carrying a $2M annual quota and deals that span multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience closing $1M+ annual deals in multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Track record of selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after signings.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build compelling proposals.
