Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Sales for Senior Living to own large multi-location deals—from the first meeting with ownership to a signed contract—across senior living groups. This individual contributor role carries a $2M annual quota with leads provided by the SDR team and inbound inquiries.

You will close multi-location opportunities remotely across the USA/Canada, engaging owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in long, multi-stakeholder cycles.

Competenze

• A track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into senior living groups or multi-location buyers in marketing/agency services.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefer closing over people management.

Mansioni

• Own full sales cycle on large multi-location deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Negotiate and close with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after signing a group.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for key deals.
