Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Business Development for Senior Living to own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will close high-stakes opportunities across senior living and home care operators, with a quota that spans multiple locations and serves large groups.

You will work with our sales development team to secure qualified meetings and drive end-to-end negotiations, with no direct reports and a focus on strategic, enterprise-level accounts.

Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ annual deals in multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living operators or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft high-impact proposals.
