Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Sales for Senior Living to own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. One win covers many locations, so each deal is large, multi-stakeholder and worth the work. You will close with ownership, marketing leaders and regional operators.

As an individual contributor, you will manage complex, multi-location opportunities, with a 3–12 month closing horizon, and expand offerings as groups sign on.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, typically 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand by securing more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for high-impact deals.
