Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Director of Sales for Senior Living to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will close multi-location groups, coordinating with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders to maximize expansion across locations and services.

You will operate as an individual contributor, focusing on high-value, strategic accounts with multi-location footprints and a standard 3–12 month closing horizon.

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Preference for closing business over managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand to additional locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership.
