Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Business Development for Senior Living to own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focusing on high-value opportunities across the US and Canada.

You will close $1M+ annual deals, engaging owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, and expand opportunities as groups sign, collaborating with strategists on proposals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or multi-location buyers.
• Comfort with long, consultative sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large multi-location deals (discovery to close).
• Negotiate and close complex contracts with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand opportunities within groups to cover more locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists to build proposals for the deals that matter most.
