Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks a Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. You will provide front desk coverage and exceptional service, creating a welcoming and supportive environment while coordinating resident services.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with transportation and activities, and supporting management with clerical tasks to maintain efficient operations across the community.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of customer service or front desk experience required.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Patient and able to assist residents, visitors, and staff.
• Friendly, assertive, professional, and well organized.
• Excellent communication skills and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone, directing calls and inquiries as needed.
• Greet families, residents, guests, and vendors with a smile.
• Maintain outside visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling, or light clerical work.
• Order office supplies.
• Address resident concerns or questions and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Complete work order requests.
