Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to be the friendly first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. You will support front desk operations, assist with clerical tasks for the Executive Director, and help coordinate resident services and events to ensure a warm, organized community environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience in healthcare or hospitality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Monitor entry/exit points, sign in guests and residents, ensure safety protocols.
• Engage with residents to help them feel valued and cared for.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages.
