Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to welcome residents, families, and guests and to ensure a warm, organized environment. You will monitor entry points, assist with resident needs, route communications, and support daily operations under the Executive Director.

You will also provide clerical support to the Executive Director, Business Office, and Sales & Marketing teams, help coordinate transportation and community events, handle guest meal transactions, and ensure safety protocols

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service at the front desk.
• Monitor entry/exit points and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Distribute mail/packages and handle front desk communications.
• Provide clerical support to Executive Director, Business Office, and Sales/Marketing.
• Assist with resident transportation scheduling and event reservations.
• Support sales inquiries and coordinate with Life Enrichment team as needed.
