Job summary

Cedarhurst is seeking a Concierge to greet residents and guests, assist with daily operations, and support the Executive Director and team. The role emphasizes safety, organization, and exemplary customer service within a senior living community.

Responsibilities include front desk duties, coordinating deliveries, scheduling transportation, and assisting with events and communications with families. CPR/BLS certification preferred and prior service in a similar setting is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience in a senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar setting preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors, and guests with exceptional service.
• Monitor entry/exit points and sign-in; ensure safety protocols.
• Engage with residents regularly to make them feel valued.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages.
