Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. The role focuses on welcoming guests, coordinating communications, and supporting daily operations within the community.

The Concierge will monitor entry points, assist with resident needs, manage mail and calls, and provide clerical support to the Executive Director and teams while encouraging a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a senior living facility, healthcare, hospitality, or similar setting.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and applications, including Microsoft Office programs and web-based platforms, and experience with health records systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Monitor entry/exit points, sign in guests/residents, ensure safety protocols.
• Assist Executive Director & Business Office Manager with clerical duties and sales inquiries.
• Assist residents with transportation scheduling and event reservations in collaboration with Life Enrichment Director.
• Submit work orders to Maintenance and handle phone calls/messages.
