Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. You will ensure a warm welcome, assist with daily operations, and support clerical tasks for leadership and sales teams.

The role involves monitoring entry points, handling calls and messages, coordinating transportation, and supporting event and community activities to enhance resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a senior living facility, healthcare, hospitality, or similar.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors and guests with exceptional service.
• Monitor entry/exit points and sign in guests.
• Assist Executive Director and Business Office with clerical tasks and with Sales & Marketing inquiries.
• Arrange transportation and event reservations in coordination with Life Enrichment Director.
• Process guest meal sales and credit card transactions as needed.
• Submit work orders to Maintenance and maintain safety communications with families.
