Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living in Indiana is seeking a friendly Concierge to warmly greet residents and visitors, manage front desk operations, and coordinate scheduling and transportation while supporting daily community functions.

This part-time role emphasizes customer service, safety, and teamwork; the Concierge will handle mail, calls, events, and clerical tasks for the Executive Director and Sales & Marketing teams, contributing to a welcoming, well-organized environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, web platforms, EHR and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests with exceptional service.
• Monitor entry/exit, sign in guests, and enforce safety protocols.
• Receive mail/packages and manage calls and messages.
• Provide clerical support to the Executive Director and Sales/Marketing.
• Assist with scheduling transportation and event reservations.
