Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living in Indianapolis is seeking a friendly Concierge dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors and staff. You will monitor entry points, assist with resident needs, coordinate communications, and support daily operations, reporting to the Executive Director.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior customer service experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar.
CPR or BLS certification preferred.
Proficiency in common digital tools including MS Office, electronic health record systems, and HR-related platforms.

Responsibilities

Welcome residents, visitors and guests with exceptional customer service.
Monitor entry/exit points, sign in guests, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Regularly engage with residents to help them feel valued and cared for.
Receive and distribute mail and packages.
