Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet residents, families, and staff, and deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk. You will monitor entry points, assist with resident needs, coordinate communications, and support daily operations to maintain a warm, secure community.

The role includes clerical tasks for the Executive Director and Business Office, scheduling transportation, taking inquiries, and processing guest meal sales.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and applications (Microsoft Office, web platforms, EHRs, HR systems).

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors, and guests and provide exceptional service at the front desk.
• Monitor entry/exit points and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation and event reservations.
• Handle mail/packages, calls, and messages for staff and residents.
• Support Administrative and Sales/Marketing teams and coordinate with Life Enrichment activities.
