Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a part-time Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. You will ensure a warm welcome, manage front desk duties, assist with resident needs, and support daily operations in a busy senior living community.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills. CPR/BLS and experience with MS Office, EHRs, and HR systems are preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or frontline roles preferred.
• Familiarity with health care or senior living settings is a plus.
• Proficient with common digital tools and software used in administrative tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents and visitors, provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
• Monitor entry/exit points, sign in guests and residents, ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Handle calls, take messages, and route to appropriate departments.
• Provide clerical support to Executive Director, Business Office, and Sales & Marketing teams.
• Assist with scheduling transportation and event reservations.
• Process guest meals sales and handle related credit card transactions.
