Job summary

Cedarhurst Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. You will ensure a warm welcome and exceptional service while monitoring entry points and supporting daily operations.

You will assist with clerical tasks for the Executive Director and teams, help arrange transportation and event reservations, handle mail and calls, and help maintain a safe, organized and caring community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar setting.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word) and HR/electronic record systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors, and guests with exceptional service.
• Monitor entry/exit points and sign in guests and residents per safety protocols.
• Regularly engage with residents to help them feel valued and cared for.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages.
• Manage external and internal calls, forwarding messages to the right person/department.
• Assist executives with clerical/administrative duties and support Sales & Marketing with inquiries.
• Assist residents with scheduling personal transportation and event reservations.
