Savant Senior Living in Riverside, CA is seeking a friendly Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. You will coordinate services and handle administrative tasks with a warm, professional demeanor.

This role reports to the Executive Director and emphasizes privacy, exceptional customer service, and teamwork to ensure a welcoming and well-organized community environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with computer systems, word processing, email, and database management.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
• Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist with requests.
• Coordinate appointments, transportation, and services for residents.
• Communicate facility amenities, activities, and services to residents and visitors.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain resident records and schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized concierge desk and stocked supplies.
• Collaborate with staff to address resident needs promptly.
• Monitor security and safety and report incidents as needed.
• Serve as liaison between residents, families, and departments.
