Job summary

Savant Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge for our Assisted Living Facility in Downey. You will greet residents, families, and visitors, provide information, and coordinate services to create a welcoming, supportive atmosphere.

The role reports to the Executive Director and requires strong communication, multitasking, and hospitality skills. Key requirements include 18+ age, health clearance, and CPR certification, plus prior customer service or front desk experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/customer service education a plus.
• 18+ years old with health screening, TB clearance, and criminal record clearance.
• First Aid/ CPR certification.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles.
• Proficient with computers: word processing, email, databases.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist with requests.
• Coordinate appointments, transportation, and services for residents.
• Maintain knowledge of amenities and activities to share with residents.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain resident records and schedules.
• Keep concierge desk organized and stocked; protect privacy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with staff to address needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor safety and report unusual incidents to the proper personnel.
