Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to join our California community. The role greets residents, guests, and staff, answers calls, and conveys messages while providing general information and directions.

The Concierge will help manage mail, seating and rosters, and coordinate on-site appointments for residents and families. Responsibilities include updating the daily schedules, maintaining an organized front desk, and ensuring adherence to all policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience or training, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, residents, and employees; manage external and internal calls and messages.
• Provide information of a general nature and assist with directions.
• Organize mail, schedules, and Resident Phone List; maintain cleanliness of desk and entry area.
• Coordinate appointments (hairdresser, transportation, etc.) and move-in/move-out rosters.
• Assist dining staff with meal tickets and meal counts; support marketing materials distribution.
• Adhere to personnel policies and operating procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
