Job summary

Savant Senior Living in Arcadia, CA, is seeking a friendly Concierge for our assisted living facility. You will be the front-line contact for residents, families, and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.

You will coordinate services, answer inquiries, assist with administrative tasks, and maintain resident confidentiality. This role reports to the Executive Director and requires excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist with requests.
• Coordinate appointments, transportation, and services for residents.
• Maintain knowledge of facility amenities and activities.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain resident records.
• Keep concierge desk area organized and stocked.
• Collaborate with staff to address resident needs promptly.
• Monitor safety and report unusual incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Act as liaison between residents and other departments to ensure effective communication.
• Uphold resident privacy and confidentiality.
