The position emphasizes administrative tasks, maintaining records, and coordinating appointments while ensuring resident privacy and safety in a busy assisted living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist residents and families with requests.
• Coordinate appointments, transportation, and services for residents.
• Maintain knowledge of facility amenities, activities, and services and communicate it to residents.
• Assist with administrative tasks and manage schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk and stock supplies.
• Collaborate with staff to address resident needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor security and safety and report concerns.
• Act as a liaison between residents, families, and other departments.
• Uphold resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Assist with related tasks as needed.
