Savant Senior Living in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a friendly Concierge to serve as the primary contact for residents, families and visitors. You will coordinate services, answer inquiries, and handle administrative tasks with a warm, professional demeanor.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and a dedication to resident privacy and confidentiality. Training covers safety and coordination across departments, with supervision by the Executive Director.

Qualificações

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Health Screening, TB Clearance, and Criminal Record Clearance required.
• First Aid/ CPR Certification preferred.
• California-specific regulatory knowledge cited in job posting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/customer service education is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents, families and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist residents and families with requests.
• Coordinate appointments, transportation and other services for residents.
• Maintain knowledge of facility amenities, activities and services and communicate this to residents.
• Assist with administrative tasks: correspondence, resident records, schedules.
• Keep concierge desk organized and stocked; ensure accessibility of information.
• Collaborate with staff to address resident needs promptly and professionally.
• Monitor facility safety and report unusual incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Act as liaison among residents, families and departments to ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
