Job summary

Savant Senior Living in Culver City, CA is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet residents, families, and visitors and provide exceptional customer service. You will coordinate services, manage inquiries, and assist with administrative tasks, reporting to the Executive Director.

Ideal candidates have 18+ years of age, health screenings, and CPR/First Aid certification, plus prior experience in hospitality or front desk roles.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Health Screening, TB Clearance, and Criminal Record Clearance.
• First Aid/ CPR Certification.
• Special skills per California Regulations 85065(f)/87411(g).
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; multitask effectively.
• Proficiency with word processing, email, and database management.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist with requests.
• Coordinate appointments, transportation, and services for residents.
• Communicate facility amenities, activities, and services clearly.
• Assist with administrative tasks and manage records and schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized concierge desk and supplies.
• Collaborate with staff to address resident needs promptly.
• Monitor safety and report unusual incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Act as liaison between residents, families, and other departments.
• Uphold resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Assist with related tasks as needed.
