Job summary

Rose Senior Living is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge for day shifts to greet residents, guests, and suppliers in a warm, professional manner. The role serves as the first face guests see and supports daily operations in a senior living community.

Responsibilities include supervising the lobby and phone line, resolving resident issues, handling deliveries, and assisting the Business Office Manager with clerical tasks. A high school diploma and excellent telephone skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the main community lobby and phone line.
• Resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers to meet objectives.
• Accept and log delivery packages and notify recipients of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with clerical projects as needed.
