Alamar Senior Living in Wellington, FL is seeking a warm and professional Concierge to serve as an ambassador for the community. You will handle receptionist duties and support administrative tasks to assist in daily operations and resident care services.

The role emphasizes greeting residents and visitors, screening calls, coordinating mail and transportation, and maintaining accurate records at the front desk. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a variety of people.
• Must show initiative and good judgment; able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive first impression to all visitors entering the community.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take messages as needed.
• Greet visitors professionally; require visitors to sign in at the front desk.
• Notify residents of visitors and follow resident-specific instructions.
• Process incoming mail; manage outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain front desk files, emergency contact logs, and resident information.
• Assist managers with clerical tasks and pass on maintenance requests.
• Schedule transportation sign-ups and coordinate with staff as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
