Alamar Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to act as the community ambassador, handling receptionist duties and a range of clerical tasks to support daily operations. The role requires greeting visitors, screening calls, managing mail and packages, and maintaining critical resident contact logs.

The position emphasizes professional communication, flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and collaboration with management in a friendly, service‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong interpersonal relations skills and ability to relate to a variety of people.
• Requires initiative and judgment.
• Must have word-processing and clerical skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Answer and screen calls, routing messages as appropriate.
• Sign in visitors and notify Residents of their arrival.
• Receive and process incoming mail and packages.
• Maintain Emergency Phone Number Log and resident contact information.
• Assist with clerical duties and inventory of office supplies.
• Support managers with various clerical tasks and sign-ups for events.
• Oversee transportation sign-ups and coordinate with staff.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
