Priority Life Care, LLC is seeking a friendly Concierge/Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and provide information to residents, families, and staff in a Florida facility. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily front-desk operations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, directing them appropriately, handling basic administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no moving violations in the last four years.
• Background screening required.
• Prior experience in long-term care or related service industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and directs them to appropriate destinations.
• Operates telephones to answer, screen and forward calls, and provide information.
• Maintains a welcoming and informative experience for residents, families, and the public.
• Assists guests in and out of vehicles or wheelchairs as needed.
• Performs word processing and administrative tasks as assigned.
