Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. You will manage calls, provide community information, assist with move-ins and marketing materials, and maintain an organized front desk and Bistro area.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-service oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office. You will support recruitment, schedule appointments, and help with daily administrative tasks while upholding

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and ability to multitask.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area
• Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks
