Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living in Missouri is seeking an Executive Director to lead a community’s operations, resident care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. You will align with Cedarhurst’s mission while driving quality outcomes.

You will build a high‑performing team, guide sales and occupancy initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and local partners to ensure long‑term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience; senior living preferred.
• Applicable state licensure required.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable and general ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including P&L, marketing, sales, regulatory compliance and safety.
• Meet or exceed budgets and community performance goals.
• Lead 3–5 supervisors and 30–50 staff across multiple departments.
• Foster a sales‑oriented environment and support occupancy growth.
• Ensure effective communication with residents, families, staff and partners.
