Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to lead a community, reporting to the Regional or Divisional Director of Operations. You will steer daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive occupancy and financial performance while developing department heads and staff across all functions.

In this role you will engage residents, families, employees, and local partners to uphold the Company's mission and values and to advance service quality and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–3 years of management experience in senior living preferred.
• Applicable state licensure is required.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Experience with accounting functions and ledgers is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Community including P&L, marketing, sales and regulatory compliance.
• Lead department heads and staff to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Foster a compliant, high‑performing environment aligned with company values.
• Support sales through tours, follow-ups, and coordination with sales and nursing leadership.
• Ensure effective communication with residents’ families regarding care and wellbeing.
