The role requires an active RN or LPN license, with 3+ years of nursing leadership experience, and proficiency in EHR and office tools.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with active RN or LPN license.
• Minimum of three years nursing experience preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in person-centered care for seniors preferred.
• Experience in preadmission assessments, staff training, and education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality care delivery and resident assessments in compliance with regulations.
• Develop nursing service objectives, policies, and procedures aligned with goals.
• Maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents.
• Manage and coordinate nursing and care staff, sharing health information.
• Oversee medications and self-administration where applicable; ensure timely eMAR.
• Engage with surveyors during inspections and support corrective plans.
