Job summary

Cedarhurst Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead a senior living community in Salina, KS. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliant, high-quality resident care, and drive financial and occupancy performance.

The role requires strategic oversight, staff development, and external relationship building with residents, families, and partners. You will manage multiple departments, mentor supervisors, and align operations with Cedarhurst’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience; senior living experience strongly desired.
• Applicable state licensure is required.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Experience with accounting functions (AP/AR, ledgers, balancing).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day community operations including P&L, marketing, sales, regulatory compliance, and quality of care.
• Lead and develop department heads and staff to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Manage 3–5 supervisors and 30–50 employees across multiple departments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain community safety and health standards.
• Drive occupancy growth through collaboration with Sales and Nursing leaders.
