Cedarhurst of Shawnee is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic oversight and daily operations for the community. You will lead department heads, drive occupancy, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with residents, families, and local partners to enhance the community's reputation and outcomes.

The role requires strong management experience, licensure, and a commitment to Cedarhurst's mission and values within a senior living environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of management experience preferred; senior living experience strongly desired.
• Applicable state licensure is required.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Experience with accounting functions such as AP/AR, ledgers, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EHR systems, and HR-related platforms.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community including P&L, marketing, sales, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
• Lead department heads and supervise 30-50 staff across multiple functions.
• Manage staffing schedules and ensure coverage within labor budget.
• Drive occupancy growth and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Represent the community externally and build relationships with residents, families, and partners.
• Foster a culture of accountability and alignment with company values.
