Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living in Missouri seeks a Director of Sales to drive occupancy and revenue by leading the full sales process from inquiry through move-in. You will develop strategic plans, nurture referral networks, and coach staff to maximize occupancy and ensure resident satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the Executive Director and regional leaders to implement innovative outreach, manage CRM activities, and build partnerships with local healthcare providers to enhance resident

Qualifications

• Two or more years of successful sales experience (2–5 years preferred).
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and basic digital tools.
• Experience with CRM and healthcare-related platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and occupancy by leading the full sales process from inquiry to move-in.
• Convert inquiries and walk-ins into residents to meet occupancy goals.
• Develop outreach strategies to expand referral networks and qualified leads.
• Document and track sales activities in the CRM to ensure leadership visibility.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and regional teams to design innovative sales programs.
