Cedarhurst Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to lead a Jacksonville community responsible for daily operations, resident care quality, and regulatory compliance. You will supervise multiple departments, drive occupancy, and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and local partners.

The role requires oversight of budgets, staffing, and service quality in line with Cedarhurst’s mission and standards. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of management experience preferred, with senior living experience strongly desired.
• Applicable state licensure is required.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Experience with accounting functions such as accounts payable/receivable, posting ledgers, balancing and reconciling accounts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, electronic health record systems, and HR-related systems.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day community operations including profit and loss, marketing, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop department heads and staff across all functions.
• Drive occupancy growth and manage sales/support activities with the sales team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care.
• Hire, orient, supervise, and evaluate staff; foster a positive work environment.
