Cedarhurst Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to lead a community, overseeing daily operations, resident care quality, regulatory compliance and financial performance. You will supervise department heads, manage budgets, and ensure service excellence across all areas of the community.

You will drive occupancy, support the sales team, and foster a culture aligned with Cedarhurst’s mission, values, and commitment to residents and families.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of management experience preferred, with senior living experience strongly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including profit and loss, marketing, sales, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.
• Hire, orient, supervise, evaluate, and discipline staff across departments.
• Drive occupancy growth and support the Director of Sales through tours and prospect meetings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with the company’s mission and values.
• Represent the community externally and build relationships with residents, families, employees, and local partners.
