Job summary

Cedarhurst of Jacksonville seeks an Assistant Executive Director to support daily operations and lead the business office under the Executive Director. You will oversee financial management, resident relations, staff support, and community engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.

In your absence, you will assume responsibility for community operations and drive performance excellence, including supervising payroll, billing, and guest services.

Qualifications

• Two years of managerial experience in a senior care community with proven leadership and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, healthcare administration, or related field preferred but not required.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the business office functions and assist with sales, tours, and community events.
• Prepare regular financial and operational reports for leadership.
• Oversee ATS, onboarding, training, disciplinary actions, and payroll data submission.
