Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities. As VP of Business Development for Senior Living, you own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, with timeframes spanning 3 to 12 months.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will close multi-location accounts, engaging owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, and you will expand with more locations

Qualifications

• A proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or marketing/agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• If your background is high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales, this is a different job.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
