Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Arizona seeks a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in planning, coordinating, and delivering daily life enrichment activities for active residents. You will help promote physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being through engaging programs.

The role requires 6–12 months of senior-care experience, comfort with Word/Excel/Outlook, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Join a team focused on care, creativity, and excellence.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of relevant experience working with seniors and leading life enrichment activities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook or similar software.
• Ability to work independently and follow scheduled plans.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in groups.
• Lead or assist with social, educational, and wellness activities.
• Coordinate activities calendar and events.
• Assist in creating and distributing monthly newsletters.
• Document participation and outcomes of activities as needed.
• Support safety and decor for events and outings.
