Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a dedicated Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in planning and coordinating daily enrichment activities for our active residents.

You will lead group and individual activities, assist with the monthly newsletter, coordinate outings, and help decorate for events, while ensuring safety, dignity, and well-being. This full-time role offers growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of relevant experience working with seniors.
• Ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and organized with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in group settings.
• Lead social, religious, educational, indoor and outdoor activities.
• Facilitate games, exercise, art, music, outings, and events.
• Coordinate the monthly newsletter.
• Encourage resident participation and document outcomes.
• Assist the Resident Lifestyle Director as needed.
