Qualifikationen

• At least 6–12 months of experience working with seniors and leading activities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook or similar systems.
• Ability to work independently and follow planned activities.
• Strong communication, respect, and dignity in resident care.
• Friendly, assertive, professional, organized, and multitask-friendly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; adaptable to schedules.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Engage residents one-on-one and in groups during activities.
• Lead or support social, educational, religious, indoor/outdoor events.
• Facilitate games, exercise, art, music, trips and special events.
• Coordinate monthly newsletter content and layout.
• Encourage participation and document outcomes when required.
• Review goals and progress notes with the team.
• Assist in decorating for events and seasonal celebrations.
• Coordinate external trips, reservations, and safety during outings.
• Support the Resident Lifestyle Director as needed.
