Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Arizona seeks a Resident Lifestyle Assistant (Activity Assistant) to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in designing and coordinating daily activities that promote residents' physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.

Must be available to work Sundays. Full time or Part Time availability, with responsibilities including leading group activities, assisting with events, and helping coordinate newsletters and outings while ensuring resident safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months experience with seniors preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in groups.
• Lead social, religious, educational, indoor and outdoor activities.
• Facilitate games, conversations, exercise classes, arts and crafts, outings.
• Assist in decorating for events and seasonal celebrations.
• Support the monthly newsletter and coordinate external trips.
