THE·TEAM in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless event execution. You will load/unload staging gear, coordinate onsite crews, and travel to live productions across NASCAR, IndyCar, golf tournaments and activations.

You’ll manage contractors and full-time coordinators, participate in daily operations meetings, and handle hands-on building and teardown of structures while keeping tasks on schedule. Some periods require non-standard hours and frequent travel.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years’ experience in event productions or operations.
• 2+ years’ forklift operation or ability to obtain certification.
• General knowledge of construction or fabrication techniques.
• Proficient with basic power tools and wrenches.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Decision-making abilities in time-critical situations.
• Ability to drive a 26’ box truck and/or pickup truck and trailer.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical card.
• Able to work with diverse teams including executives and staff.
• Basic math conversion skills.
• Ability to travel by commercial airline.
• Lifting: up to 50 lbs frequently, more if needed.

• Load and unload staging equipment and return inventory to proper warehouse location.
• Manage onsite crew of contractors, labor and other coordinators.
• Travel to events such as NASCAR, IndyCar, golf tournaments, and activations.
• On-site execution: build and teardown of stage structures and assets.
• Attend daily operations meetings and establish daily tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
